Bogomolets National Medical University (often just "Bogomolets NMU" or "NMU") is one of the oldest medical universities in Ukraine and one of the largest in Eastern Europe. The institution traces its history to 1841, when it was established as the medical faculty of Saint Vladimir University in Kyiv. It became an independent medical institute in 1921 and was named after the Ukrainian physiologist Oleksandr Bogomolets in 1946. • Pakistani nationals: SSC and HSSC with PMDC eligibility certificate
• Valid passport with 6+ months remaining
• Medical fitness certificate including HIV-negative test, issued within the last 6 months
• Age 17+ at start of academic year (some flexibility for 16-year-olds who have completed school)
• No IELTS / TOEFL required — proof of English-medium schooling is accepted

Total elapsed time from first WhatsApp message to your first lecture is typically 6–10 weeks. The September intake closes in late October; the spring intake (when offered) closes in late February. Starting your application 3–4 months before the intake is the safe window.
